摘要
为探索天山堇菜的药理活性与其挥发油化学成分的关系,用挥发油提取器提取天山堇菜中的挥发油,测得含量为0.067%。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对天山堇菜的挥发性成分进行分离鉴定,共分离出60种成分,确认了其中的47种成分,占挥发油总离子流的75.54%。采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量,其中主要成分为脂肪烃和含氧有机化合物(醇、酮、醛和酯)。
The chemical components of volatile oils from Viola tianshanica Maxim were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The content of the volatile oils which were extracted by steam distillation from Viola tianshanica Maxim was 0. 067%. 47 components are identified from 60 separated peaks, amounting to total mass fraction 75.54%. The relative contents of the components were determined with peak area normalization method. The major constituents of the volatile oils are aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketone, aldehyde and esters.
