胸腰椎骨折的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral Fracture

目的：讨论胸腰椎骨折的ＣＴ诊断价值。材料和方法：分析５２例同时作ＣＴ和Ｘ线平片检查的胸腰椎骨折病例。结果：本组３７例为单椎体骨折，１５例为多椎体骨折，压缩型骨折占３８９％，爆裂型骨折占４５８％，骨折脱位型占１０％，安全带型占５６％。结论：ＣＴ对胸腰椎骨折诊断。

urpose:To evaluate the value of CT scan and X-Ray in the diagnosis of thoracic lumbar vertebral fracture. Materials and Methods:To analyse the findings on CT scan and X-Ray film of 52 patients with thoracis lumbar vertebral fracture. Results:37 cases were single vertebral fracture, 15 cases were multiple vertebral fractures.Compression fracture was found in 389% cases,Burst fracture 458%,Fracture-dislocation 10%, Seat-belt-type fracture 56%. Conclusion: CT plays an important role in classification diagnosis and complication revealing thoracic lumbar vertebral fracture.
