摘要
对突发事件下驾驶员路径选择博弈行为进行了分析,基于协调用户和系统利益的思想,结合微波检测数据预测出行者行为的模型,提出了交通事件下变换信息供给策略的交通流诱导双层规划模型和相应的基于滚动时段的求解算法。仿真结果表明:在满足用户需求的同时,路网流量分布趋向管理者期望的方向,并能缩短事件影响和持续时间,缓解交通事件下的交通流振荡现象,改善路网使用效益,该方法具有可实施、操作性强的优点。
Based on the game analysis of drivers' route choice behavior, the idea of game-based coordination and system benefit, combining microwave detecting data, a prediction model for drivers' route choice behavior was given. Authors developed a bi-level programming model that provided changeable strategy of information supply for traffic coordination guidance under the condition of incident. The algorithm based on rolling horizon approach was also developed. The simulation results show that the model and information strategies can meet the demands of users and traffic managers while travelers' route choice is inclined to the direction of manager's expectation, and the oscillation phenomenon of traffic flow, the influence of the incident and sustainable time can be reduced and the efficiency of network will be improved. The guidance strategies are of strong maneuverability, and can be applied easily in factual traffic management.
