老年性黄斑部玻璃膜疣的黄斑中心10°色视野研究

Study of Macular Central 10 Degree Visual Field With Tubinger Automatic Perimeter Computer Controlled in Aging Macular Drusen

目的：应用Ｔｕｂｉｎｇｅｒ自动视野计（ＴＡＰＣＣ）黄斑阈值程序分析老年性黄斑部玻璃膜疣患者的中心１０°视功能的改变，评价其应用价值。方法：采用ＴＡＰＣＣ黄斑阈值程序检测老年性黄斑玻璃膜疣患者２０人（２８眼），正常对照组２０人（２０眼）的黄斑中心１０°范围的白、兰色光敏度及其灰度缺损值。结果：老年性黄斑部玻璃膜疣患者的白、兰色光敏度均明显低于正常对照组，而灰度图中仅兰色视野的缺损值组间存在显著差异。结论：老年性黄斑部玻璃膜疣患者主要以色视野改变为主。

In this study the macular threshold program of Tubinger Automatic Perimeter Computer Controlled(TAPCC) was used for measuring 20 patients (28 eyes) with aging macular drusen and 20 normals(20 eyes) as control.The results showed that there were significant difference between two groups in macular light sensitivity and blue visual field defects.We conclude that this method is valuable to predict the visual functional changes in patients with aging macular degeneration from two angles:light sensitivity and visual field defects.
