本文研究了应用离子交换树脂纯化磺化沥青产品,再经电导分析测定磺基含量的一个简单方法,并用标准样品确定了方法的准确度。讨论了离子交换树脂的交换容量和溶剂对分析结果的影响以及磺化度的计算方法。实测了制备的沥青磺酸盐产品,得到了满意的准确度和精密度。该法具有快速,操作简便,样品用量少,分析结果可靠的特点。

A simple method is studied to determine contents of sulfogroupin sulfonated asphalt by purifying asphalt products sulfnoted by an ionicexchange resin,which are conductometrically analysed.Its accuracy,isdetermined by standard Samples.This paper discusses the effect ofpillar volume of ionic exchange resin and solvent composition on theanalytical results,and the method of calculation of sulfonation degree forthe products as well.The synthetic sulfonated asphalt products prepared aretested,which comes with degree of preciseness and fineness.The methodsharesrapid speed,simple operation,less samples and reliable analytical results.
