从和平共处到和谐世界——浅论中国对外战略及思维模式的演变

From Peaceful Coexistence To Harmonious World

建国至今,中国形成了四大对外战略:合纵战略、韬晦战略、机遇战略与和谐世界战略。四大战略的演变源于战略思维模式的演进,即由矛盾的主客二分性、对立的思维模式到生态的思维模式的演进,由功利型的思维模式到建构人与人、人与自然、人与社会和谐相处的互利型的崭新的思维方式演进。从和平共处到和谐世界的演变和战略思维模式的演进,反映出中国政府对外战略和外交政策日益走向成熟的过程。

Since its founding, China has formed 4 foreign strategies ：those of verticle alliance, of lying low, of opportunities and of a harmonious world. The change of them is due to the gradual progress of the strategical thinking models, i. e. the evolution from the antagonistic thinking model of the dichotomy of the subject and the object of a contradiction to the ecological thinking model, the evolution from the utilitarian-typed thinking model to a brand-new mutually-beneficial-typed thinking model of living harmoniously together between people, between man and nature, and between human and society. Such change and progress reflect the ever-increasing mature course of the foreign strategy and the diplomatic policy of the Chinese government.
