摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的诊断和治疗。方法分析腰椎间盘术后腰椎间隙感染23例的临床资料及特点,其中非手术治疗15例,手术治疗8例。结果随访7～36个月,23例均恢复正常生活。结论根据病史、体征及ESR、CRP、MRI检查可早期诊断椎间隙感染。多数患者可经非手术治疗治愈,非术治疗无效、感染扩散、症状严重者,应行病灶清除术。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation. Methods Twenty-three cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar intervertebral disc operation were analyzed. Of the 23 cases, 15 were treated With non-surgical method, and eight were treated by surgical operation. Results In the follow-up for 7 -36 months, all the 23 patients resumed their normal life. Conclusion According to medical history, symptoms and accessorial detection, the diagnosis of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation can be made at early stage. Most patients may cure via conservative treatment. Surgical decompression is indicated in case of infection spread, invalid conservative treatment and serious symptoms.
