组合乙肝标志物联合ALT对判断肝损害和HBV-DNA复制状态789例调查分析

Clinical Analysis on HBV Markers, ALT and HBV-DNA for Determination of Hepatic Damage in 789 HBsAg-positive Cases

目的调查789例乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性人群的肝损伤及外周血中乙型肝炎病毒复制情况。方法用统计学方法分析HBsAg阳性者789例,同时进行的乙肝标志物五项、ALT和HBV-DNA检验结果分布。结果HBsAg阳性者中ALT异常率为27.8%,而HBV-DNA复制率为49.3%。乙肝标志物组合间的ALT异常率和HBV-DNA复制率存在差异。HBeAg阳性且ALT异常时,HBV-DNA复制率达到93.1%。结论组合乙肝标志物配合ALT可较好地了解肝损伤和HBV-DNA复制情况,有助于判断病情。

objective To investigate the status of liver damage and HBV-DNA replication occurrence in periphery, blood of 789 HBsAg positive cases. Methods The outcomes of five HBV markers （HBVMs） , alanine aminotransferase （ALT） arid HBV-DNA from789 HbsAg-positive eases were statisiieally analyzed together. Results ALT abnormality rate of HbsAg-positive ：group was 27.8%,and HBV-DNA replication occurrence rate was 49.3%. Tile rates of ALT abnormality and HBV-DNA replication occurrence were different between the HBVM groups. The HBV-DNA replication occurrence rate in HBeAg-positive and ALT-abnormality group was up to 93.1%.Conclusion The combination of HBVMs and ALT well reflects the status of liver damage and HBV-DNA replication, and it may he helpful to diagnose illness.
