辅酶Q_(10)增强体外循环抗氧化能力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究术前应用辅酶 Q_(10)对体外循环过程中抗氧化能力的影响。方法:分别测定实验组和对照组(n=10)病人在术前、转流10min、再灌注10min 及60min、术后2h、术后1d 血浆中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及维生素 E 含量的变化。结果:体外循环转流后及再灌注后 LPO 升高,SOD 及维生素 E 均下降,实验组SOD、维素生 E 的消耗低于对照组。结论:术前应用辅酶 Q_(10)能有效提高机体抗氧化能力,降低氧自由基所致的损伤。 In order to investigate the beneficial effects on plasma antioxidant capacity of using coenzyme Qio(CoQio) before open heart surgery, was administered to 10 patients and the results compared with 10 control patients. Plasma lipid peroxidation and Vitamin E (Vit E) levels were determined pre-operatively, 10 minutes after bypass, 10 minutes and 60 minutes after reperfusion, two hours post-operatively, and the first morning post-operatively. As the cardiopulmonary bypass and reperfusion began, LPO levels incressed, SOD and Vit E decreased, but SOD and Vit E consumption were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The results show that pre-operative oral administration of CoQio can enhance antioxidant reserve capacity, reduce oxygen radical mediated injury, andiin-prove myocardial function recovery.
