远程教育:海外华文教育走出困境的对策

Distance Education:The Ways Getting out of Predicament for Overseas Chinese Education

随着近几年全球华文学习需求的急速扩大,海外华文教育面临的师资短缺、教材短缺和经费短缺的办学困境以及在教学方法、学习时间和学习动机方面存在的教学困境愈加突显。本文认为推动华文教育走出困境须转变固有思路,从华文教育改革上寻找突破口,特别是大力发展远程教育。提出应解决的三个深层次问题并进行了思考,即华文教育在我国海外语言文化推广战略中应居于重中之重的地位;华文教育应立足并回归于文化传承;华文远程教育的实现不能仅依赖于技术,还要考虑到"人"的因素和资源整合等。

In recent years, as the rapid expansion of demand for Chinese learning, overseas Chinese education is seriously facing the shortage of teachers, materials and funds, as well as the predicament of the teaching methods, time and motivation. The paper holds that the ways getting out of dilemma due to overseas Chinese education reformation, especially developing distance education. It is not only because online learning has become a fashionable learning way, but also the distance education is provided with the advantages of traversing space-time, generation, virtual characteristics and low-cost advantages. However, overseas Chinese education through distance education is a systematic project, so the authors present three deep reflections as follows： overseas Chinese education should be considered as the more important things, and should be based on euhural heritage. Besides, personal ability and material generation should be taken seriously.
