摘要
美国eMSS项目是一个在线技术支持下的教师学习的知名项目,它为中学新任科学教师提供来自教学专家和内容专家的指导,以最终促进学生在科学学习上的成功。本文介绍了eMSS项目的背景、理论基础、逻辑模型及其在线学习环境,并对项目聚焦于特定学科内容、将学徒制与在线共同体巧妙结合、以学生的学习成功为根本目标、重视导师与科学家及项目促进者的领导力培训等特点逐一评述,以期为我国的教师教育信息化发展提供一定的启发。
eMSS is one of the famous online teacher learning programs in U.S. which provides new science teachers the teaching assistant with support from scientists and experienced science teachers for student success in science learning. This article presents the background, theoretical foundation, and logical model of eMSS, describe eMSS online learning environments, and analyzes some features of this program as follows: (1) focusing on particular subject content; (2) combining apprenticeship with online community; (3) aiming at student success; (4) emphasizing the training of mentors, scientists and program facilitators. We hope the introduction of eMSS program would be of benefit for the research of online teacher learning and teacher professional development in China.
