摘要
eMM(e-learning Maturity Model,网络学习成熟度模型)用于评估从事e-learning活动的机构的能力和成熟度。基于eMM过程模型,分析了各个过程域上的工作流,指出了其主要活动和各个过程域的关键指标之间的映射关系,该工作流模型可以作为e-learning过程改进的一个参考框架。
eMM (e-learning Maturity Model) is used for evaluating the capability and maturity of an institution engaged in e-learning. Based on the original eMM, a set of workflows shown on each eMM process area, also a mapping of main activities and key indicators on each eMM process area is demonstrated, which can lead to a successful implementation on e-learning project. This kind of workflow model can be taken as a frame of reference to e-learning process improvement.
