摘要
目的:该文对脑肿瘤手术前后血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)含量变化进行了研究和分析。方法:采用均相放射免疫竞争方法直接测定37例脑肿瘤患者和24例对照血浆 ET-1含量。结果:脑瘤患者血浆 ET-1含量为71.014pg/ml,比对照组53.352pg/ml 和标准值50.8pg/ml 高,有统计学意义。术后第2天血浆 ET-1含量比术前和术后第8天低,术后第8天比术前血浆 ET-1含量低,均有统计学差异。脑膜瘤、胶质瘤和垂体瘤患者术前血浆 ET-1含量均比对照组高,不同病理类型的脑肿瘤患者术后血浆 ET-1与术前比较均下降,但无显著性差异。结论:ET-1除参与脑肿瘤的发生、发展和分化过程外,还参与手术前后脑血流的调节。
This article analyses the pre- and post-operative plasma endothelin- 1 (ET- 1) levels in patients with intracranial tumors. The plasma ET- 1 concentration in 37 patients with intracranial tumors and 24 controls was measured using competitive radioimmunoassay. The plasma ET- 1 levels in patients with intracranial tumors (71.014pg/ml) were significantly higher than those of the control group (53.352pg/ ml). The pre-operative plasma ET— 1 levels were significantly higher than the post-operative ET— 1 levels, and the ET— 1 levels of patients seven days post-operatively were statistically higher than those one day post-operatively. Plasma ET- 1 has not only been found to effect the pathophysiology of brain tumors, but also can regulate the blood supply to the brain.
