摘要
股票期权在过去的半个世纪里,对市场经济的发展起了重大作用.我国已有一部分国有企业采用了股票期权激励企业高层管理者,分析股票期权激励是否适合我国国有企业具有必要性和紧迫性.鉴于我国特有的经济环境,通过对比我国国有企业和西方广泛应用股票期权激励的企业,得出我国国有企业不具有应用股票期权的环境.
In the past half century, the stock option has contributed greatly to the development of marketing economy. Stock option has been adopted in part of the state-own enterprises for spiriting up high-level administrators. In view of our own economical environment, it is necessary and imperative to analyze whether stock option is adapt to our state-own enterprises or not. By comparing our state-own enterprises with those in the west countries, it is concluded that we do not have the environment for the application of stock option.
