目的研究安徽省医疗救治机构应急资源和能力现状,为卫生应急能力和医疗救治体系建设提供依据。方法采用问卷和现场考察等方法,对安徽省各级各类医疗机构基本情况、传染病疫情和突发公共卫生事件发现与报告、诊断能力、医疗救治能力、应急保障能力、院内感染控制、培训和演练、紧急救援等进行调查分析。结果安徽省医疗救治机构应急资源和能力建设取得了一定成绩,但是各级各类医疗机构都不同程度地存在供给保障不足、服务能力较弱等问题。结论应加强医疗机构突发公共卫生事件应急能力建设。
