摘要
医院文化是在一定社会文化基础上发展形成的具有医院自身特征的一种群体文化,它是文化与医疗活动相结合的产物,是医院全体成员在长期工作、生活中创造出来的物质成果和精神成果的集中反映。医院文化建设主要包括:精神文化、物质文化和制度文化的建设。中国医科大学口腔医学院在多年医院文化建设的实践中体会到:和谐的政治环境和领导人的作用对医院文化建设至关重要。通过实践证明:医院文化建设不仅仅是医院提高管理效能、增强凝聚力和打造核心竞争力的战略举措,而且也是发展社会主义先进文化,构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。
Hospital culture is a kind of group culture developed on the basis of certain social culture and bears the characteristics of the hospital itself. It is a combination of culture and medical activities and the concentrated reflection of material and spiritual achievement created by all the personnel in their work and life for a long time. The construction of hospital culture refers to the construction of spiritual culture, material culture and systemic culture. The Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University summarized the experience on the construction of hospital culture of many years: the harmonious and political environment as well as the roles of the leaders played a critical role in the construction of hospital culture. And the practice proved that hospital culture is not only the strategic measure to upgrade the management efficiency, enhance the cohesive force and create core competitive power but also the important part in developing advanced culture of socialism and constructing harmonious society.
