摘要 提出了一种基于字符特征的数字字符识别算法,对识别过程和算法实现进行了详细介绍。该算法避免了细化、轮廓提取和模板匹配等复杂的计算,具有计算简便、实现简单的优点。 A digital character recognition algorithm is proposed, the process of the recognition and the realization of the algorithm is introduced. This algorithm is convenient for operation and simple for realization, avoiding some complicated operation such as thinning, outlining and template matching.
