摘要
棉花基因工程已经成为当今棉花遗传改良的重要手段,而在许多技术环节中,例如通过农杆菌介导、基因枪轰击等转化方法得到的转基因棉株,后期的移栽成活却很困难。采用直接移栽到介质或营养液过渡培养等移植方法,成活率大多很低、缓苗时间较长,而经过改良的温室嫁接的方法可以在一定程度上解决这个问题。
Nowadays the cotton genetic engineering has already become a very important diplomacy for cotton heredity improvement, for example, when the transgenic Cotton is obtained from mediated by agrobacterium method and Genegun bombardment method the transgenic cotton plant survives with dimculties in late period after transplanting. It is very difficult that regeneration plant is transplanted to survivorship in many technique links. The survival rate of the transgenic cotton plant is usually low by the directly transplanting it to medium or cultivated by growth promoting method. The slowly seedling stage is longer. But the greenhouse grafting method which has been much reformed can in production effcetively solve the above problem.
