新疆库买提杏果实采后品质劣变的调控技术研究初报 被引量:13

摘要 对不同贮藏条件下库买提杏果实的硬度、可溶性固形物含量、腐烂率以及果实的外观和品质进行研究,结果表明:短期贮藏时(1个月),处理6(膜B+保鲜袋+冷藏)处理的果实饱满、有光泽,果实外观、风味好,因而说明处理6能够显著保持果实品质,推迟果实成熟;但长期贮藏时(2个月),处理4(膜A+保鲜袋+冷藏)比处理6果实的外观和品质好,因而认为膜A处理较适宜长期贮藏;贮藏2个月后,处理2(保鲜袋+冷藏)的果实无论从硬度、可溶性固形物含量、腐烂率,还是外观和品质都较好,综合考虑,处理2更加经济实用。 The main purpose of this article was to study the firmess, soluble solid content, rot rate and appearance and quality of Kumaity apricot fruit. The result showed that the fruit is plump with fine gloss, fine appearance and special flavour when Kumaiti apricot fruit is storaged in a short period with treatment 6 (Membrane B + storage bags + cold storage). So treatment 6 could notably maintain the fruit quality, delay the fruit maturity period. But by comparison, the appearance and quality of the fruit with the treatment4 (Membrane A + Storage bags + cold storage ) is better than those with treatment 6. Thereby, it is believed that Membrane A is suitable for longterm storage. Mter two months storage, both firmness, soluble solid content, rot rate and appearance and quality of fruit under treatment 2 (Storage bags + cold storage) are better. In general, treatment 2 is economical and practical.
