野生欧洲李试管苗生根与移栽技术研究

Studies on Rooting and Transplanting Techniques of Prunus domestica

对野生欧洲李试管苗进行生根与移栽试验结果表明:欧洲李试管苗生根适宜的培养基配方为B5+IBA 0.4(mg/L)+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L,培养40 d,生根率达80%以上。移栽时用灭过菌而且通气透水性强的锯末为栽培基质最好,移栽成活率达70%以上。

In this paper, the factors influencing rooting and transplanting efficiency of wild European plum （ Prunus domestica L. ） were studied. The result showed that the optimal rooting medium for wild European plum was B5 culture medium supplemented with 0.4 mg/L IBA, 20 g/L sucrose and 7 g/L agar. The rooting rate of the shoots was over 80% after being cultured on this medium for 23 days. The sterilized loose sawdust was most suitable for transplanting seedlings, and more than 70% seedlings were survived.
