乌鲁木齐城市土地集约利用评价研究

A Study of Intensive Use of Urban Land in Urumqi City

城市土地集约利用是城市土地管理的核心,正确认识其内涵,建立科学的集约度评价指标体系是城市土地管理决策的必要前提。在界定城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,结合乌鲁木齐市城市土地利用的各项指标数据,选取相应的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法构建评价模型并确定指标权重,对乌鲁木齐市城市用地集约程度进行定量化评价。应用多城市对比评价方法与其进行评价效果的比较,以期得到该市土地利用较准确的评价成果。根据评价结果结合乌鲁木齐市土地利用的实际情况,提出了提高城市土地集约利用程度的举措。

The object of this paper was to investigate the evaluation of intensive use of urban land. The authors hold that intensive use of urban land is the core of urban land management. It is necessary to establish a scientific intensive evaluation system for effective management of urban land. Based on the definition of urban land intensive use,and utilizing index data of urban land use in Urumqi City, the paper selects the corresponding evaluation index system to make a quantitative analysis of intensivism extent of urban land use and expects a comparative exact conclusion through the comparative appraisal among many cities. According to the practical land use of Unnnqi City as well the result of appraisal, the paper offers measures to improve intensive use of urban land.
