手术室护生自我防护意识调查及对策

A survey of self-protection consciousness of student nurses in operating room and its strategies

[目的]了解护生在手术室实习期间对自我防护方面的认识,为护生的职业防护临床教学提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查的方法,调查护生在手术室实习期间采取的防护措施。[结果]护生在手术室实习期间防护做得不到位,防护意识较薄弱,知识缺乏。[结论]应加强手术室护生的职业防护教育与培训,加强临床带教,以增强护生自我保护意识,提高自我保护能力。

Objective：To know about the recognition of student nurses on self- protection during practice in operating room, so as to provide some bases for clinical teaching of occupational protection. Methods： The student nurses＇ selfprotective measures were investigated by filling out questionnaire during their practice in operating room. Results： The investigation showed tht student nurses during practice in operating room behaved unsuitably on self - protection. They were short of knowledge and with weak self- protection consciousness. Conclusion： One should strengthen education and training on occupational protection and clinical teaching for student nurses during practice in operating room, so as to enhance their consciousness and ability of self - protection.
