摘要
[目的]寻找放疗病人癌因性疲乏的诱发因素。[方法]将40例接受放射治疗的肿瘤病人随机分为实验组和对照组,观察两组病人不同时间的疲乏程度、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、睡眠质量、血红蛋白的变化。[结果]实验组及对照组病人在治疗第20天,对照组病人在治疗第1天和第20天,疲乏程度、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、睡眠质量差异均有统计学意义。[结论]放疗病人癌因性疲乏与病人的焦虑程度、抑郁程度和睡眠质量有关。
Objective： To find out triggering factors of cancer- related fatigue （CRF） of patients accepting radiotherapy. Methods： A total of 40 tumor patients accepting radiotherapy were randomly divided into test and control group. The degree of fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep quality, the hemoglobin concentration and relations between every two factors of two group cases were observed at different time points. Results：On the twentieth day after the treatment, there were statistical significant differences in terms of the degree of fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep quality between the two groups. And there were statistical significant differences in terms of the degree of fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep quality in control group cases between on the first and the twentieth day of radiotherapy. Conclusion： Cancer - related - fatigue of patients accepting radiotherapy was related to the degree of anxiety, depression and their sleep quality.
