护理人群职业性肌肉骨骼损伤自我防护现况的调查研究

Investigation on the status quo of self-protection of nursing staffs on occupational musculoskeletal injury

[目的]了解护理人群职业性肌肉骨骼损伤(OMSI)及其自我防护意识现况,为普及和完善护士OMSI健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用北欧OMSI症状自评量表和护理人群OMSI自我防护意识调查表,对816名护士实施问卷调查,将所得数据输入SSPS11.5统计软件包进行分析。[结果]护理人群OMSI总的年患病率为47.79(;不同文化程度、不同年龄和护龄、不同科室的年患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同科室、不同文化程度的OMSI自我防护现况得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OMSI自我防护意识与护士OMSI年患病率呈负相关(rs=-0.708,-0.715,-0.806)。[结论]护理人群OMSI自我防护意识水平低;医疗机构管理人员对OMSI的认识和管理不足;医疗机构应重视OMSI职业防护的在职教育和培训,建立相关规章制度。

Objective：To know about the status quo of occupational museuloskeletal injury （OMSI） of nursing staffs and their self- protection con- sciousness on it, so as to provide some bases for making health education on OMSI for nurses popular and perfect. Methods：A total of 816 nurses were investigated by adopting Nordic OMSI symptom self- rating scale and self- protection consciousness inventory for nursing crowd. And all data were analyzed by the software SPSS 13.0. Results：The annual prevalence rate of OMSI among nursing staff was 47.79%. There were statistical significant differences in annual prevalence rate of OMSI among nurses of different education levels, ages, nursing experiences and from different departments （P〈0. 05）. And there were statistical significant differences in terms of self-protection status scoring among nurses of different education levels and from different departments （P〈0.05）. Self- precaution consciousness of nurses on OMSI was negative correlated with their OMSI annual prevalence rate closely （rs=-0. 708,-0. 715, and-0. 806）. Conclusions： Selfprotection consciousness level of nurses on OMSI was lower. Administrators in medical services were not enough of awareness and management of OMSI. So medical institutions should think highly of occupational education and training on OMSI occupational protection, and establish related rules and regulations.
