New problems faced in management of hospital infection in traditional way of nursing management in operation room

[目的]通过规范化医院感染管理措施的实施,杜绝医源性医院感染的暴发,控制外科系列医院感染散发,提高医疗质量,保障病人的权益。[方法]严格执行医院感染管理质量标准,根据以病人为中心的原则调整护士排班,调整布局,增加必要的消毒及隔离设备。[结果]最大限度地控制了与手术室相关的医院感染因素。[结论]加强医院感染管理知识培训,严格执行医院感染管理质量标准可以有效控制手术室相关的医院感染因素。

objective：Through carrying out standard measures for hospital infection management, to avoid the outbreak of iatrogenic hospital infection and to control the diverging of hospital infection in surgical system, to enhance the medical quality and to protect the interests of patients. Methods： Strictly carrying out the .quality standard for hospital infection management, adjusting nurses＇ shift based on the patient - oriented principle and increasing the essential disinfection and isolation equipments. Results： Hospital infection factors related to operation room were controlled in maximum. Conclusion： To strengthen the knowledge training on hospital infection control and strictly implementing the quality standards on hospital infection management can effectively control hospital infection factors related to operation room.
