Observation and nursing care of spontaneous pneumothorax patients accepting closed drainage of thoracic cavity by deep vein tube detaining

[目的]探讨深静脉留置管行胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸的护理。[方法]回顾性分析14例自发性气胸病人应用深静脉留置管行胸腔闭式引流的临床资料。[结果]引流通畅性良好,无一例并发症发生;治疗后肺复张佳,其中9例病人2 d后肺完全复张。[结论]应用深静脉留置管行胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸并进行针对性地观察与护理,能有效减少和预防并发症的发生。

Objective： To probe into nursing care of spontaneous pneumothorax patients accepting closed drainage of thoracic cavity by deep vein tube detaining. Methods： Clinical data of 14 spontaneous pneumothorax patients accepting closed drainage of thoracic cavity by deep vein tube detaining were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The drainage for all cases was unobstructed. No complications occurred. Re - dilatation of the lungs of patients was better after treatment. The lungs of 9 patients re - dilated 2 days after drainage. Conclusion. Purposive observation and nursing care of spontaneous pneumothorax patients accepting closed drainage of thoracic cavity by deep vein tube detaining can effectively reduce and prevent complications for them.
