摘要
师范生教学能力与实习效果紧密相关,在实习前的指导中,教师应从"不启不发"的心理策略出发紧紧抓住学生放-收-放之间的解惑和求新的心理契机、行-知-行之间由学生到教师的角色转换以及学习了理论知识后渴求运用的心理契机,提高指导的效率,从而提高实习生执教能力。
Teachers should be start from the psychological strategy: "no question is no answer" in Normal hygiene before practice the guiding students. They should be tightly grasp the doubts in the time of the release - to - put and Ira,ovation between the psychological turning point, the theory - practice - Theory .to the division between the role of theoretical knowledge after the conversion and use of the psychological desire for an opportunity to improve the ability to guide classroom training efficiency, thereby enhancing the ability coaching intern.
