摘要 p53家族成员之一p73拥有众多亚型蛋白,分别在细胞周期、有丝分裂、细胞凋亡、肿瘤发生发展等方面发挥与p53蛋白相同或相反的作用。肿瘤细胞发生耐药是化疗失败的主要原因之一,而p73蛋白的某些亚型被证明与肿瘤细胞耐药密切相关。本文综述了p73的结构与功能,及其与肿瘤细胞耐药相关性的研究进展。 p73 protein, one of the p53 protein family's members, has lots of subtypes, which exert anal- ogous or adverse effects on some aspects to p53 protein, such as cell cycle, mitosis, apoptosis, develop- ment of tumor and so on. The drug resistance of tumour is one of the major reasons of chemotherapeutic failure. Moreover, it has been approved that there is a close relationship between certain subtypes of p73 proteins and tumor drug resistance. Here this article focuses on the structures and functions of p73 proteins, and the research progress in drug resistance mediated by p73 proteins.
