摘要
目的探讨天鹅记忆接骨器(Swan-like memory compressive connecror SMC)对肱骨骨不连的治疗效果。方法对36例明确诊断的肱骨骨不连患者,后侧入路切口,自体骨植骨加SMC横向环抱、纵向加压固定。结果36例切口一期愈合,无医源性神经、血管损伤。术后1、2、3、6、12月拍x线片复查,肱骨骨连接正常。伤肢肩、肘关节活动正常。随访33例18至36个月(平均22.1个月),肩、肘关节活动正常,优29例占87.88%,良4例占12.12%。结论SMC具有多点固定的优点,能轴向及横向环抱固定植骨条,并纵向加压不连接骨的两端。SMC内固定结合植骨是治疗肱骨骨不连的有效新方法、新技术。
Objective To explore the effect on the treatment of the humerus nonunion with Swan-like memory compressive connector. Method There were 36 cases of the humerus nonunion. All patients had the posterior incision approach, and grafted with autologous bone. The nonunion of bone surrounded by horizontal and fixed by vertical compression with SMC. Results The incision of 36 cases had I healing. There was no iatrogenic nerve and blood vessel damage. After surgery 1,2,3,6,12 months, The humerus bone connected normally by x-ray film review. The shoulder and elbow of the wound Limb were activities normally. Ther were 33 cases of follow-up for 18 - 36 months ( An average of 22.1 months), The shoulder and elbow were activities normally. 29 cases were excellent, accounted for 87.88%. 4 cases were good, accounted for 12.12%. Conclusion The SMC has the advantage of multi-point fixed. The SMC can fixed grafting bone by the axis and vertical, and can press the two ends of the nonunion bones through Vertical. Fixation with SMC combined with bone graft is an effective new approach and new technology of the treatment of humerus nonunion.
