摘要 目的研发设计一种用于腰椎关节突关节融合的融合器及植入的配套工具。方法根据国人腰椎关节突关节的解剖学测量和影像学资料的分析,设计一种用于关节突关节融合的融合器,该融合器由同种骨植入材料制成,其构造由一圆柱体中心嵌入一椭圆体。植入该融合器需要配套工具,包括定位器、工作通道、钻头和植入器。结果腰椎关节突关节融合器结构简单,与关节面接触面积大,植入后不易移位。配套工具既可以满足开放手术需求,也可以满足微创经皮手术的要求,可以将融合器植入关节突关节面合适的位置,手术器械操作简单,植入精度高。结论腰椎关节突关节融合器及其配套工具是值得推广应用的新型医疗器械。 Objective To study and design a kind of lumbar zygapophysial joint fusion cage and definite purpose instrument for its implantation. Methods According to Anatomic measurement and imageology study of Chinese lumbar zygapophysial joint, to design a kind of lumbar zygapophysial joint fusion cage, it was made of bone allograft, its construction embedded of cylinder in ellipsoid. Definite purpose instrument for its implantation included localizer, work channels, engine bit and implantation device. Results Zygapophysial joint fusion cage's construction was simple, it had the great contact area with articular surface and good stability after implantation. The instrument can meet requirements both for open operation and minimally invasive operation. It can implant the cage to suitable position with high precision. Conclusions The lumbar zygapophysial joint fusion cage recommended in this text is a new type of medical apparatus and instrument to be worth of approved.
