碳化硼/铁精矿砂混凝土电磁屏蔽性能实验研究

摘要 本文实验研究了碳化硼、硼砂与铁精矿砂作为混凝土骨料时,组合、比例对样品电磁屏蔽性能的影响,发现单纯的碳化硼或碳化硼-硼砂作为混凝土骨料时样品电磁屏蔽性能很差,0.3MHz-1.0GHz频段在0-8dB之间;碳化硼-硼砂样品中加入同比例的铁精矿砂,即比例为0.375:0.375:2x,样品在0.3MHz-10MHz频段获得了20—50dB的提升,该频段铁精矿砂与硼砂可能存在一定耦合关系,增强了样品磁吸收。另外,加入铁精矿砂的样品在10MHz-1.0GHz频段屏蔽性能几乎没有变化。 Adding in B4 C abrasive grain, B4 C-Borax and B4 C-Borax-Ferric oxide gain as aggregate of concrete, the electromagnetic shielding performance of composite concretes were researched with experiment, and their rules were analyzed and compared. The electromagnetic shielding performance of 134 C and 134 C-Borax concrete is 0-8 dB in the range of 0.3M- 1 GHz; The electromagnetic shielding performance of B4 C-Borax-Ferric oxide concrete is best, and when proportion of B4 C: Borax.. B4 C-Ferric oxide is 0. 375:0. 375:2x, the comprehensive performance of composite concrete is doable, and the electromagnetic shielding performance of concrete is improved 20-50 dB in the range of 0.3M-10 MHz, maybe the reason is aggregate of concrete coupling each other.
