摘要
介绍了日本“信息通信研究开发基本计划”，该计划勾画了２１世纪日本在信息通信领域中的发展趋势，对我国信息通信技术的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces Japan’s Basic Program of Info communications Research which draws an outline of Japan’s developmental trends in the area of info communications in the 21st century and has much we can make use of in developing our country's info communications technology.
