临床护理带教是护理教学工作中的重要组成部分,是护理教育理论联系实际的重要环节。因此,临床带教老师必须具备的素质:①专业素质;②法律意识和职业风险意识;③护理查房、示教、临床小课讲授能力;④教学能力;⑤良好的读书习惯,知识面广。

Clinical nursing teaching is the important component and the important link to relate theory with practice in the nursing education. Therefore, clinical teachers must possess the quality of the following： ① professional quality; ② awareness of law and occupation risk; ③ the ability of nursing rounds, demonstration and teaching small classes; ④the ability of teaching; ⑤ good reading habits and wide range of knowledge.
