摘要 GABAA受体是中枢神经系统中重要的抑制性受体,其也在听觉系统中有广泛分布,本文对GABAA受体的亚单位结构及有关GABAA受体亚单位在听觉系统中分布和功能进行综述。 GABAAreceptors, which are thought to be the major inhibitory receptors in the central nervous system, are also extensively expressed in the auditory system. Structure of GABAA receptor subunits and the expression and function of GABAA receptor in the auditory system are disscussed in this summary.
