摘要
针对我国上市公司股权再融资偏好以及再融资资金使用效益不高的现状,本文利用DEA分析的相关信息,定义了上市公司再融资指数,并以电子行业数据为例进行了实证检验。再融资指数可用来评价上市公司再融资要求的可行性,能为管理者确定上市公司再融资资格提供参考。
In view of the states of shares refinancing and the low efficiencies of its using, based on the information of DEA analysis, the paper defines an index of refinancing and uses it to evaluate the feasibilities of refinancing request. It can provide some guidance when managers confirm the qualifications of refinancing. At last, data from the electronic industry are empirically tested.
