妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride of Fuke Zhidai Tablets

目的建立妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50,每100mL加十二烷基硫酸钠0.1g),检测波长为266nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.109～0.436μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为98.3%,RSD为0.9%。结论本含量测定方法可靠、准确,灵敏度高,可用于本品的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in fuke zhidai tablets. Method The content of berberine hydrochloride in Fuke Zhidai tablets was determined on Kro- masil C18 column by HPLC. The mobile phrase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （50 ： 50,add 0.1 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 100 mL）. The detection wavelength was set at 266 nm. Results A good linear for berberine hydrochloride was in the range of 0. 109-0. 436 μg （r=0. 999 8）. The average recovery（n=6） was 98.3% ,RSD：0.90%. Conclusion This method is reliable, accurate ,sensitive and can be used for the determi- nation of this preparation.
