大学校医院急诊医学建设的实践与思考

On the Development of Emergency Medicine in University Hospitals

急诊医学是一门新兴的跨专业学科。随着我国急诊医疗体系(emergenuy medical service system,简称EMSS)和社区医疗服务制度的逐步建立和完善,校医院作为高校社区医疗卫生服务中心,在社会急救网络中是不可忽视的急救单位。本文就校医院如何转变观念,发挥在急诊急救中的作用,加强急诊科建设和医院急救体系建设,从实战出发,加强对医护人员的技术培训,加强组织管理,畅通生命绿色通道等方面进行了探讨。

Emergency medicine is a new medical discipline involving emergency treatment and catastrophe medicine etc. With the development of emergency medical service system （EMSS） and the community medical service system in China, university hospitals serve as an important community emergency treatment unit in the so- cial emergency treatment network. In this paper, we present the practice and progress in the building and de- velopment of emergency medicine in Northwestern Polytechnic University Hospital from the following four as- pects： 1. the role of university hospitals in emergency treatment in the social emergency treatment network; 2. building a high-efficient emergency ward and emergency treatment pedures;3, training of the doctors and nurses for on-the-spot emergency treatment; 4. the management of emergency medical services.
