摘要
基础教育的非均衡发展将对一个地区的经济与社会发展造成不利的影响。通过选取一系列反映基础教育水平的典型性指标构建指标体系,运用优化的TOPSIS方法对2005年云南省昆明市14个县区的基础教育水平作出综合评价,并提出政策建议。
The unbalanced development of basic education adverse to the economic and social development. The paper uses a series of typical indicators which reflect the basic education level in counties to construct an indicator system, and an comprehensive evaluation is made on the basic education level of 14 counties in Kunming, Yunnan province with optimal TOPSIS method. Then corresponding policy recommendations are made by the authors.
