摘要 提出了一种基于三维打印工艺和微滴喷射技术的多材料模型的快速制造方法。研究了多材料数字化模型材料信息的表示,以及材料信息与加工信息的复合方法。结合开发的彩色STL模型处理与切片软件以及正在研制的成型系统,以一个阀体为例,介绍了多材料模型的加工流程。该种成型方法解决了含有多种材料机构的无装配快速制作问题,为具有优良性能的多相异质材料模型的研究与应用奠定了基础。 A new process which combines the Three Dimensional Printing (3DP) and micro droplets dispensing technology is presented for building multi-material objects. Two problems are studied, that is, the problem of how to express the material information of multi-material digital model, and that of how to integrate the material informa- tion and structure information. As an example for applying the process, a valve which contains multi-materials is built by using the slice software of color STL model and a prototyping system under development. The process can be applied to building these multi-material objects without assembly.
