摘要
本文阐述了物流企业服务质量的相关理论,在此基础上建立了一套物流企业服务质量评价指标体系,并运用此指标体系进行了仿真验证,以期对物流企业服务质量的提高提供参考。
This paper first introduced the theory of logistics enterprises' service quality. Then established a series of evaluation index of logistics enterprises' service quality, and used it to make a validate, so as to provide suggestions for the improvement of logistics enterprises service quality.
