摘要 石油企业的物资采购,多年来与供应商之间的关系仅仅是建立在操作层面上的合作关系,在激烈的全球市场竞争中,越来越多的企业把战略合作伙伴关系作为获取竞争优势的新手段,以应对越来越复杂多变的市场环境,更加有效地保证油田物资的供应。与供应商之间建立战略合作伙伴关系,需要建立一系列的评价方法与管理体系,通过实施以上措施,西北油田分公司与战略供应商实现了平等互信、风险共担、利益共享、互惠互利、共同发展的双赢局面。 In the aspect of material purchase for oil enterprises, the relationship between supplier and buyer is just cooperation which is only based on ordinary operation. However, in order to deal with the complex market environment and supply oil materials more efficiendy, more and more enterprises take strategy partner relationship as a new way to obtain competition advantage. Before establishing strategy cooperation relationship with suppliers, a series of evaluation method and management system need to be established, through which, equality and reliance, sharing risk and interest together, development together will be realized between the northwest branch and strategy partners.
