危险品石油海上安全运输的研究

Study on Security of Petroleum Transportation at Ocean

随着我国海上运输石油量的快速增加,石油海上运输事故也频繁发生,事故导致海洋环境污染、生态系统破坏及财产经济损失,为确保石油海上的安全运输,本文根据第3类易燃液体危险品石油的运输特性,通过文献法和对比法,从我国石油生产与需求变化趋势、石油海上运载与装卸能力状况和石油海上运输事故统计三个方面,剖析我国石油海上运输的现状,提出石油在装运的空档舱容,运载工具及运油监控处理等方面预防和减少海上运输事故发生的对策。

With fast increase of petroleum transportation at sea, the accidents arise more, which leads to sea pollution, ecosystem breach and economic loss, according to the characters of the third flammable ciquids dangerous cargo, and research methods of literature and antitheses, the paper analyzes the status of petroleum transportation at sea by the tend of productions and demands, the conditions of the transportations, load and unload capacity, as well as accident stat, taking some countermeasures in expanding space, means ,of delivery and monitor to petroleum to defend and reduce its accidents to ensure safe transportation.
