摘要
在1989年政治转型后,随着一系列涉及高等教育改革的新法案的颁布实施,波兰的高等教育进入了一场深刻的变革之中。此次变革涉及到了教育结构的调整、政府职能的转变、实施欧洲高等教育一体化进程,以及教育质量的认证机构建设等方面。
With the promulgation of the series of Law on higher education since the transformation of politics in 1989,a profound reform has been launched for higher education in Poland. This reform is related to adjustment of the education structure ,the transformation of government＇s role,carrying out the Integration- Process of Higher Education in Europe ,and building the accreditation organization for the higher education quality and so on.
