先天性室间隔缺损介入和手术治疗方案的比较

Comparative study on the congenital ventricular septal defect between interventional and surgical procedures

目的外科手术修补和介入封堵治疗是目前临床治疗先天性室间隔缺损的有效方法。针对两者进行比较,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法单纯性先天性室间隔缺损患者行外科手术修补30例,行介入封堵30例。结果手术组30例术后未出现特殊并发症;介入组30例,1例因封堵器移位转外科手术,1例因Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞转外科手术。住院天数介入组少于手术组(P<0.01)。住院费用介入组高于手术组(P<0.01)。结论外科手术和介入封堵各有优缺点,临床进行室间隔缺损治疗方案的选择时,要进行个体化分析。

[Objective] Both surgical procedure and interventional procedure are effective treatments for congenital ventricular septal defect. We analyzed them in different aspects to get the best choice for the patient. [Method] 30 patients were treated with surgical procedure. 30 patients were treated with interventional procedure. [Result] No complication occured in the surgical group. In the interventional group, 1 patient was treated surgically because the shift of the oceluder, 1 patient was treated surgically because complete AVB. The hospital stay of interventional group was less than the surgical group, while the cost was higher. [Conclusion] Each procedure has its advantages and disadvantages. Doctor should analyze the datas of the patient before he make the choice.
