摘要
针对危险传染病的应急诊疗,研制出移动式危险传染病应急诊疗病房,为降低危险传染病应急诊疗病房的整体质量及棚顶的压力,以通风口的质量最轻为目标函数,以各个进气支路的进气量相等为约束条件,结合沿程阻力损失系数与管路横截面边长的关系式推导出通风管道约束函数关系式,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对模型求解,优化得到通风管道的最佳尺寸.根据优化设计结果设计了通风管道,满足实际使用要求.
A new type of mobile ward was developed according to the emergency treatment of infectious disease, and the optimization design for ventilation pipeline of the ward was performed to reduce the ward mass and the pressure of the ward roof. A mathematical model for the optimization design was built, in which the least mass of the intake was taken as the object function and the equal air inflow of each branch pipe was taken as constraints, meanwhile, the functional relationship between the loss efficiency of flowing resistance and the size of pipe's cross section was derived as well. Then optimal ventilation pipelines were designed using the optimal solutions obtained by solving the mathematics model through MATLAB Optimization Toolbox. It is indi- cated that this design can meet the requirement of practical utilization.
