摘要
由于拼焊板母材在性能上的差异性,随着其不同的组合,例如不同厚度和不同材料以及焊缝在不同位置时导致的母材比例变化,都会对拼焊板的整体性能产生影响。为此,在改变焊缝位置以及尺寸条件的前提下,对同材差厚拼焊板进行了单向拉伸实验研究。结果表明,同材差厚拼焊板的性能受焊缝位置影响最大,而试件尺寸对其影响很小。
Due to the difference between base materials, the performance of the specimen will change when combining different base materials such as various thickness, base materials and weld line locations. On the premise of different weld line location and specimen dimension, specimens of the same base materials but different thickness are used in the tensile experiment. The result shows that the location of weld line greatly affects the specimen's performance but dimension has little influence.
