变速器参数多目标可靠性优化设计

摘要 文中以体积最小化和功率使用率最大化建立了变速器多目标优化设计数学模型,并在可靠性的基础上,给出了约束条件;最后对所建模型进行了实例测试,测试结果表明所建模型正确有效,对齿轮传动的设计具有参考价值。 In this article, the two objectives, smallest volume of the helical gear and the biggest power utilization ratio were considered in transmission optimization design mathematical model. And the constraints were given on basis of reliability. Finally the model by an example was carried on, the test result had indicated that the model was correct and effective, it could be of great reference value to the design of the gear transmission.
