摘要
应用LabVIEW结合Matlab软件设计了一套工业缝纫机振动测试系统,为准确提取机器的故障信号,根据其非旋转式运动的特点选用了经验模式分解(EMD)分析的方法,应用RBF神经网络利用EMD各频段的能量。关联维数、信息熵等建立了特征向量到故障模式之间的映射实现故障的诊断。结果表明,所述的处理方法是可行的。
An industrial sewing machine vibration test system was designed based on LabVIEW and Matlab, EMD method was selected to analyze the machine fault signal accurately because it＇s a non-rotary machine. IME energy, correlation dimension, information entropy were used as RBF neural network＇s input parameters to build the connection between the characteristic vector and the failure type. The results showed this approach of the paper was feasible.
