摘要
随着计算机技术的发展和模具CAD/CAM技术的广泛应用,逆向工程是当前产品和模具设计的重要手段之一。文中借助于在当今汽车覆盖件设计与制造领域广为流行的逆向工程技术,叙述了壳体零件从点云提取、构件关键曲线和获得产品的CAD模型的过程,为产品的后续设计与制造提供数模,缩短了设计时间。
As the development of computer technology and the extensive application of CAD/CAM technology, the Reverse Engineering is becoming one of the most important means of current production and mold design. In this paper, in virtue of the Reverse Engineering technology, which are widely popular in the field of design and manufacture of automobile panel. Describing the process of establishing shell part. It including, extracting points could, constituting characteristic curves, getting CAD mould. The mouht used for the subsequent design and manufacture, which will shorten the time spent on design.
