振动是电主轴机械性能分析的重要参数。文中概述了基于Labview的电主轴振动检测方法,用虚拟仪器的设计方法,利用可视化图形编程环境,实现了信号采集触发、信号采集、保存采集数据以及数据处理和分析等测试任务。
Vibration signals are important state parameters for the analysis of motorize spindle's mechanical status. A vibration test method for the motorize spindle basedon the virtual instrument was introduced. By use of the design idea of virtual instrument and the environment of visualized graphic programming, the system completed not only triggle, acquire, and save the value of digital signals and analog signals, but also the mission of signals process and analysis.
